Hotel Inn Pendleton

Impressed with this hotel! Ram at the front desk was helpful and had a good energy. He let us know our room TV wasn't working right now and gave us the option of a different room but we had our laptops no were ok. We didn't expect there to be breakfast but was pleasantly surprised. The room itself was very clean, the water pressure and temperatures were outstanding! Had all the amenities (nice sized fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, etc), and they even provided a cute little toothbrush and toothpaste along with the usual toiletries. Bed was comfy and the AC/ Heater were great. The location is across from municipal buildings, it was quiet, felt secure and safe. Were there some things that could be better? Sure, but I really have no complaints for the price range. Would happily stay again.

This is a surprisingly nice place. The room was clean and comfortable with several small toiletries in the bathroom above and beyond the usual soaps. The counter staff was very friendly and eager the please. The breakfast was nicer than expected - cinnamon rolls, hard boiled eggs, three types of fresh fruit. The price was very reasonable. The only problem is that their website accidentally made two identical bookings for us. I had to discuss it with the office staff to make sure they didn't charge us for both of them and the staff member took care of it.

The desk clerk was great. Friendly and helpful. Made us feel welcome and that he honestly wanted us to enjoy the stay. The room surprised us. It was sparkling clean! Everything was there that we needed including toothbrush and toothpaste! Fir an older hotel the room was spacious. Bed comfortable and the pillows were actually comfortable! Excellent stay and would go again!

Ram is awesome, very courteous, helpful communicates well and helping they're customers with their needs well they stay in their hotel. Affordable room, clean simple yet enough for a night or couple nights day Very clean Upon arrival, the management or owners, we're very professional, Danish is very kind and helpful, very knowledgeable about his community. He lives in knowing restaurants and activities to do Also, the rooms are well equipped for people who are handicapped. Especially on the lower floor they have many amenities in there. That are for accommodating handicapped people. It's very nice They do serve breakfast, which they provide orange juice, apple juice, coffees, hot water. If you want a tea, they have hot water. They have some bananas and apples, cereal, yogurt, I think enough to suffice anybody. It's quite a great value, in my opinion. Thank you all for You're great service and allowing us to have a great nights stay.

Older motel, but very clean. The beds were comfortable. They had a modest continental breakfast, consisting of fruit, bagels, muffins, hard boiled eggs and yogurt. The managers and personnel of the motel were exceptionally nice.

The room I was in was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Ram was very helpful making my last minute reservation and made sure he was available to get me checked in for a later evening arrival. The rooms are not modern looking (a positive for me), but it sounds like some updating of some kind is planned. I hope they will keep some of the original stuff as the wood furniture and older mirrors made it feel more comfortable than a generic hotel room. I was unable to stay for breakfast, but the area looked to be set up with the usual hotel stuff including coffee, juice, yogurt, pastries, cereal, etc. and a nice place to sit and eat. Pendleton is a city. There was a loud car at one point. That is to be expected, but I was surprised how little car noise there was. The parking lot was a bit cramped, but not bad. My maps app took me there with no issues. For women traveling alone: I felt safe in the office, parking lot, and room but I was traveling with my dog and the area they have for dogs to potty is the park across the street at city hall. There are homeless people there during the day and sleeping there. I was not approached or harassed in any way, but it was definitely a situation that left me feeling a bit vulnerable. I would not hesitate to stay again if I did not have my dog with me, but would be a bit more hesitant if I was needing to do late night or early morning dog walks alone.

The rooms are great and quite spacious. Service is phenomenal! Can't speak highly enough about these guys! Location is good, easy to get to! I've never seen more from a hotel at this price. Shampoo, conditioner, several soaps, face pads, q tips, nail files, toothbrushes, toothpaste, they really go all in for their customers!

Stopped in later in the day-without a reservation- first stop on way from Seattle to Boston. Rooms were very clean and comfortable- Definitely recommend. Front desk person, Ram, was helpful with last minute ideas for late dinner. We ended up at the Speakeasy- also recommend!
